The DPR-1020 multifunction USB print server is surprisingly compact. It is ideal for private, professional or school use. With a USB printing port, it allows you to add a conventional or multifunction printer on the network.

Synchronization of operations
With a powerful processor, large memory capacities, a USB 2.0 high speed port and a network data transfer system of 100 Mbps maximum, this print server offers exceptional speed of execution. Connected to the DPR-1020, a printer combines print, scan and fax functions at the same time. This device multiplies the performance of printers like no other software print server while remaining affordable.

Secure access and support for multiple operating systems
The DPR-1020 provides optimal security, allowing the administrator to configure user access rights to the printer. In addition, it is compatible with a large number of operating systems, including: Windows 95/98 / ME / NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP / Vista, Apple MacOS with AppleTalk, Linux, HP-UX, SunOS, Solaris, SCO Unix, IBM AIX and NetWare 5.x (native NDS).

Remote printing
The DPR-1020 supports the IPP protocol, making it possible to print documents remotely. Two-way network printers use the HP PJL protocol to communicate, allowing network administrators to know all the important information about the network printer.

Easy installation
The DPR-1020 ships with D-Link Click’n Connect (DCC) software. This intuitive wizard can be launched directly from the product CD-ROM. With just a few clicks, you can configure the print server and the linked printers (support available in 15 languages).
